The hotel was cozy with a window seat, but the décor felt dated. The service was exceptional and welcoming despite the high room rate. The location offered easy access to various destinations, but some areas could be improved. The dining experience was delightful but lacked variety in options.

I stayed in the main house room with a king size bed dressed in white cotton sheets and duvet alongside a rich purple coverlet and silver and grey cushions. The silver grey curtains added to the coziness, and the window seat overlooking the courtyard was a nice touch, even though the décor felt a bit dated.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They worked out a special vegan option for me, and their service truly exceeded expectations. However, the room rate of £160/night, including breakfast, felt a bit high for the overall service received.

The stone flagged floor extended into the Bar and Lounge area, creating a cozy ambiance. The location was great, offering easy access to various destinations and being very obliging when it came to specific requests. However, some areas seemed to need improvement to elevate the experience.

The value for money is reasonable but may not cover all service aspects adequately.
